CDU440 Carbon Dioxide Monitor
The CDU440 uses advanced infrared sensor technology to provide
continuous auto-ranging detection of
potentially dangerous carbon
dioxide from levels as low as 100 ppm to as high as 6% of volume
(60,000 ppm).
Features include one-button operation and calibration, peak/hold
memory, an internal sampling pump with an 10"
polycarbonate
probe, a rugged stainless steel case and a leather carrying case.
The unit will run a minimum of 8
hours on the rechargeable NiCad
battery pack (included). An optional stainless steel probe is
available, as is a
model with a built-in datalogging module (call for details).
The infrared sensor carries a 5-year manufacturer's
warranty. The CDU440 measures
4.75" x 2.75" x 2" and weighs less than 30 oz. Approvals: UL and and CSA for Class I,
Groups C
and D. MSHA (pending): intrinsically safe for methane/air mixtures only. Monitor sold individually.
